Dear Parent or Guardian,
Holbrook Middle High School is using a web-based parent teacher conference sign up for the Fall conferences. PTCFast.com makes signups as convenient as possible for both parents and teachers. Please enter the following web address into your browser window:
1. After clicking on the link, check the box, or boxes, next to the teachers names you would like to schedule a conference with and click submit.
2. Fill in your child’s name, your name and email – click submit.
3. You will be sent an email to the email address you entered.
4. Open the email and click on the link that says click here to select conference time.
5. On the new page, select the day and time that is available and click confirm selections and exit button.
You are all set!
If you do not have internet access, fill out the time slot on the paper your child brings home and return it to the teachers you would like to schedule conferences with.
